#BestReadsOf2020 Day 28 : Best bromance

Happy Monday!

Now that we have ingested all the Christmas food it’s time to recover before eating again later this week 😁

Today’s topic for our #BestReadsOf2020 is bromance!

Some books I have read this year had great bromances like The Merry Thieves from Chain of Gold but my winner are …

The Lost Boys from Emma Scott series!

The Girl in the Love Song is the first book in a series of interconnected standalones centering around “The Lost Boys”. Said boys are Miller, Holden and Ronan. When they meet, they are totally different except that they don’t fit in the crowd. They all hide wounds and this will bond them, creating a deep friendship. I loved reading about all of them. The way they bonded, that scene where they will find peace together was magical! In fact, Emma spoiled us as we not only have a romance but we also have friendships and amazing, wounded, touching characters that I know will love reading more about!

The second book, When you Come Back to Me will be Holden and River’s story and as much as beautiful!

What is your favorite bromance this year?

Thanks for reading!

  1. Fun topic. I have to go with the guys from the book club in the Bromance Book Club series as my favorites. I love their friendships, especially how they’re always trying to help each other out but will also tease each other mercilessly. So much fun to read.

    1. I so want to read that one!

  2. I just adore a good bromance….they are the best!! I still need to grab up Emma Scott and will soon.

    1. I can’t wait for you to do it Renee!

  3. I loved those friendships in The Girl in the Love Song. Those guys made their own family of sorts and were really there for each other.

    1. Yes! They are like a found family!

Let's talk!
